Classic julienne is usually associated with chicken. This is still the most popular option. But it can also be varied. For example, take porcini mushrooms instead of the usual champignons. It turns out much more fragrant and tastier. Catch the recipe!

Boil the mushrooms for 20 minutes in boiling water.

Separately boil the chicken until tender.

Cut everything into small pieces.

Chop the onion, fry for 5 minutes in vegetable oil and add the mushrooms.

After another 5 minutes, add the chicken and season to taste after 5 minutes.

Fry the flour in butter until browned and pour in the milk, stirring constantly.

Boil the sauce for a couple of minutes.

Put the chicken and mushrooms in the molds, pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake julienne in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
