Boil water, add malt, remove from heat and mix. Cool the liquid at room temperature to 35-40 degrees.
Select a glass of liquid, pour dry yeast, sugar into it and mix.
Pour the resulting solution into a saucepan with malt water, mix and cover with a towel for 10 hours. All this time kvass should be in a warm place.
Strain the liquid through cheesecloth, pour into bottles and add a little raisins to each.
Put the kvass in the refrigerator for a day.
