Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 150 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Tarragon - 1 twig
- Green onion - 2 stems
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Worcestershire sauce - 0,5 tsp.
- Mustard - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop cucumbers, green onions, parsley and tarragon.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Add ground pepper, garlic passed through the press, chopped ingredients and mix. Before serving, the sauce should infuse for 15 minutes.
