A great recipe for a festive salad. Be sure, such a dish will not be ignored. The sweet and sour dressing gives a special piquancy. It can be served separately in a small saucepan or added to a salad right away, as I did.
Ingredients
- Buzhenina - 200 g
- Brie Cheese - 150 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 60 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Walnuts - handful
- Arugula - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Honey - 1 art.l.
- Mustard (acute) – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the pork, cheese and cherry tomatoes.
Wash the prunes with boiling water and dry them with a paper towel.
Cut the prunes into small pieces.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.
In a separate container, mix lemon juice, honey, mustard, olive oil and garlic passed through a press.
Beat the mass with a mixer at a low speed for 40-60 seconds.
Mix cherry tomatoes, pork, prunes, cheese, arugula and nuts.
Add salt, ground pepper, prepared dressing and mix.
