Most often in vegetable casseroles, potatoes are separate, and cabbage is separate. But this time I propose to combine both options in one dish, and even add mushrooms with cheese. You still need to look for such a successful side dish!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Cabbage - 300 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and mash them in mashed potatoes with butter. Put it in the form.
Chop the mushrooms and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the chopped cabbage and cook until soft.
Add spices and tomato, fry for a couple more minutes and put cabbage with mushrooms on potatoes.
Cover the vegetables with grated cheese and send the casserole to the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
