Ingredients
- Smoked Meat - 350 g
- Peas - 200 g
- Potatoes - 350 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Thyme - 2 twigs
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 4 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight. Rinse, pour and cook for an hour.
Coarsely chop the smoked meats and vegetables. Add to the peas and cook for another 20 minutes.
Add garlic, thyme and spices, boil for another 5-7 minutes and remove the soup from the heat.
