The original version of the pork roll, in which the filling goes not only inside. In addition to the meat itself, you will need Bulgarian pepper and spices. The dish is baked in the oven in foil so that nothing burns. It is most delicious to serve a roll with sauerkraut or baked potatoes.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 0.5 heads
- Paprika - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Unwrap the pork in a thin layer and sprinkle with all the spices and crushed garlic with chopped chili.
Cut the pepper into thin strips and put some inside.
Roll up a tight roll, make incisions on top and put strips of pepper in them too.
Wrap the pork in foil and bake in the oven for 2 hours at 160 degrees.
Unwrap the foil, add the temperature to 180-190 and bake for another 20 minutes.
