The most delicious meatballs come from turkey. In addition, this meat belongs to dietary products, so dishes from it can be considered useful. I suggest adding another one to the list of such recipes — turkey meatballs in sour cream and garlic sauce.

- Turkey stuffing - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- White bread - 50 g
- Milk - half a glass
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Sour cream - 350 g
- Chicken broth - 150 ml
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Break the bread into pieces and soak in warm milk for 5 minutes.
Mix turkey minced meat, egg, salt, suneli hops and ground black pepper.
Add the lightly pressed bread and mix everything well.
Spoon in some minced meat and form a small ball with your hands. Repeat the steps with the rest of the minced meat.
Put the meatballs on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
In a separate frying pan, boil the broth, add sour cream mixed with flour, salt and ground black pepper. Squeeze the garlic through the press and mix.
Pour the resulting sauce into a frying pan with meatballs, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped parsley.
