- Melted milk (warm) – 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 1,5 glasses
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .

- Citric acid - at the tip of the knife
- Butter - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg lightly with sugar.
Add milk, citric acid and mix until smooth.
Separately mix the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Mix the dry and liquid blanks. The dough should turn out thick, like greasy sour cream.
Grease a frying pan with oil, heat it up and pour some dough into the center of the pan.
Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Repeat the steps with the remaining test.
