It will take quite a bit for this cranberry recipe. The berry should first be crushed in a blender or thoroughly kneaded in a mortar. If possible, wipe the berry puree through a strainer to remove solid particles.
Ingredients
- Flour - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Fresh yeast - 15 g
- Sugar - half a glass
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Water - 200 ml
- Cranberries - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix and remove to a warm place for 10 minutes.
Mash cranberries with a pusher or puree in a blender.
Mix the sifted flour, sourdough, cranberry puree, egg and salt.
Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour in the heat. During this time, it should rise well.
Form small donuts and fry in oil until golden brown.
