- Coriander - 1,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve the salt in boiling water, let the brine cool and pour in the coarsely chopped Peking cabbage.
Leave it under the press at room temperature overnight.
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater, chop the cilantro and pass the garlic through the press.
Remove the cabbage from the brine, mix with the rest of the ingredients and add sugar and spices.
Arrange the kimchi into jars, pour in a little brine and close the lids.
