Grate the carrots, finely chop the cabbage and mix everything with salt.
Cover everything with whole cabbage leaves and tamp it tightly. I advise you to brew in enameled dishes.

Leave the cabbage in the heat for 3 days, and then put it in jars and store it in a cool place.
