Apple jam is always very tasty, but this taste is quite simple. That is why I advise you to always add something else to it. I share my favorite proven recipe with oranges, lemons and cinnamon.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples and remove the middles. Randomly slice.
Scald the citruses with boiling water, remove the bones and also cut them arbitrarily.
Mix fruit with sugar and leave overnight.
Bring the jam to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and let cool.
Repeat the previous step.
Add cinnamon, boil the jam for another 10 minutes after boiling and roll it up for the winter in sterile jars.
