Ingredients
- Pear - 1 kg
- Lingonberries - 800 g
- Sugar - 1.3 kg
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the pear, add the lingonberries, cover with sugar and leave everything for a couple of hours.
Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Let it cool and boil for another 5 minutes. And again.
At the end of the third cooking, pour in lemon juice and roll up the jam for the winter in sterile jars.
