- Gooseberry - 2 kg
- Orange - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash oranges with boiling water, peel and disassemble into slices.
Put the citrus fruits through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.
Put the gooseberries in a saucepan and mash with a pusher.
Mix both blanks, add sugar, citric acid and mix well.
