Winter salad preparations are good because you can mix literally anything and with anything. I share my favorite original recipe with champignons. If you are tired of platitudes like carrots with onions and tomatoes – choose this option.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 400 g
- Broccoli - 400 g
- Carrots - 400 g
- Bell pepper - 400 g
- Champignons - 400 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the broccoli and cauliflower into small inflorescences and boil for 3-5 minutes in boiling water.
Wash the champignons, cut the large ones into a couple of pieces, and also boil for 5 minutes.
Cut the peppers and carrots into strips.
Put vegetables, mushrooms, herbs and spices to taste in clean jars.
Pour boiling water and leave for 7 minutes.
Drain this water, boil it again and pour it back for another 5-7 minutes.
Drain again, add sugar, salt and vinegar, boil and pour the salad again. Roll up the cans.
