Ingredients
- Cherry - 2 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
- Water (cleaned) – 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the cherries and rinse thoroughly.
Mix water with sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour boiling syrup over the cherries, cover with a lid and put aside for 2-3 hours.
Put the pan on the fire, boil for 5 minutes and set aside again for a couple of hours.
Boil the jam for the third time for 2-3 minutes, carefully put it in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
