Tired of ordering food? Prepare pea soup-puree with champignons. It only seems at first glance that the dish is complicated. In fact, it is surprisingly simple to prepare. Read the recipe, collect all the necessary products and get started.
Ingredients
- Peas (dry) – 1.5 glasses
- Champignons - 300 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 60 g
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Meat broth - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the peas thoroughly, fill with cold water and leave for 2 hours.
Put the peas in a colander, rinse again and pour into the boiling broth. Cook for 1 hour on low heat.
Chop the champignons, peeled onions and potatoes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the champignons and allspice peas crushed with the handle of a knife. Continue frying until all the moisture has evaporated.
Select a few mushrooms for decoration, pour the rest into a saucepan with peas. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, cool for a couple of minutes, then grind the mass with an immersion blender.
Return the soup to the fire, add salt, pepper and heat for 3 minutes over low heat.
When serving, add fried mushrooms to the plate, and you can also decorate a little with any greens.
