Don't know what to cook for the first? Cook a delicious beef soup with vermicelli. I cook it without potatoes. So, it seems to me, the taste of meat and other vegetables is more pronounced. In addition, vermicelli gives a sufficient thickness to the dish.
Ingredients
- Beef (fillet) – 400 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vermicelli - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2,5 l
- Parsley (for submission) – 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, cut it into small pieces and put it in a saucepan.
Add allspice and black pepper, pour in cold water and cook for 1 hour after boiling.
Chop tomatoes, peeled bell peppers and onions. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
Add the bell peppers, tomatoes and simmer all together for 10 minutes.
Pour the vermicelli into the pan with the meat, roast and cook for another 10 minutes.
Season the soup with salt and pepper, turn it off and leave it under the lid for 15 minutes.
When serving, add chopped parsley to the plate.
