If your family loves sauces, try this recipe. Delicious yellow tomato ketchup for winter is a useful and beautiful preparation. It will perfectly complement dishes of meat, fish and vegetables. And there are also lovers who eat such ketchup with chips and crackers.
Ingredients
- Yellow tomatoes - 3 kg
- Onion - 200 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Sugar - 180 g
- Salt - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, peeled onions and garlic in a blender.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Rub through a sieve to remove the seeds and peel.
Mix the resulting mass with spices, sugar and salt. Boil for 15 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.
Spread the hot ketchup in clean, dry jars and roll it up.
