To make the dish delicious, the ingredients must be harmoniously combined. Guided by this rule, I tried to make a compote of black currants and raspberries. The bouquet of these flavors and aromas is simply delicious!
Ingredients
- Black Currant - 500 g
- Raspberry - 500 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Citric acid - at the tip of the knife
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick raspberries, black currants and rinse.
Put the berries in sterilized jars and pour boiling water to the top. Cover with lids and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and citric acid.
Boil for 2 minutes, pour into jars and roll up.
