Today I want to share with you my secret recipe for canned lecho from zucchini, which will add piquancy to your usual diet. The plus of this recipe is that you can do without sterilization. I advise you to store the workpiece in a cool place.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 1 kg
  • Bell pepper - 500 g
  • Tomatoes - 1.2 kg
  • Salt - 10 g
  • Sugar - 20 g
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the tomatoes and mash them.

Add butter, sugar and salt, and boil them for 5 minutes after boiling.

Add the chopped zucchini and pepper, and cook the lecho for another 40 minutes.

5 minutes before the end, add the garlic and vinegar.

Roll up the lecho in clean, dry jars and store in a cold place.
