Marshmallow is an amazing dessert that many people forget about. Even an inexperienced cook can cook it, and you can use completely different fruits or combinations of them. Let's look at the cooking process using the example of this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Mango (ripe) – 400 g
  • Orange - 400 g
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 art.l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the mango and separate the pulp.

Do the same with an orange.

Put the fruit pulp in a blender. Add sugar, lemon juice and chop everything thoroughly.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, lifting the sides higher. Pour in the fruit puree and send it to the oven preheated to 75 degrees for 6 hours.

Separate the finished pastille from the foil, cut into thin strips and twist into tubes.
