Strawberries are increasingly found in ordinary meat and vegetable salads. So this recipe with chicken and feta was no exception. I advise you to serve the dish on a lush pillow of greenery or on a pit – in the Mexican style.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Strawberries - 150 g
- Feta - 150 g
- Lettuce - 0.5 beam
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Yogurt - 3 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into pieces, season and fry until tender.
Chop the lettuce and greens, cut the strawberries into several pieces.
Chop the purple onion and cut the feta into cubes.
Mix mustard and yogurt for dressing and serve the salad.
