Canned fish salad with sprat and vegetables is primarily convenient. You will not have to look for suitable canned fish in stores. And at the same time, you can independently adjust the taste of spices, and not choose from the available options.

Ingredients

  • Sprat - 1 kg
  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Onion - 500 g
  • Carrots - 500 g
  • Vinegar - 3 art.l.
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Randomly chop the vegetables, add oil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Defrost and peel the sprat. Put it with the vegetables.

Add salt, sugar and spices, and simmer for another 1.5 hours after re-boiling.

5 minutes before the end, pour in the vinegar.

Roll the sprat into sterile jars.
