The recipe for the delicious cucumber Gulliver salad came to me from relatives. Once I tried it during a family feast, and I just couldn't resist asking how to make it. And today I want to share my favorite find with you.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Onion - 150 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 4 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 6 art.l.
- Dill - 1 bundle
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the dill. Cut the onion into feathers, and cucumbers into thin circles.
Chop the garlic and mix everything together with the rest of the ingredients.
Let the salad stand for 4 hours under the lid.
Bring it to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and roll the salad into sterilized jars.
