This recipe will appeal to lovers of gourmet dishes. Caviar from pears is a recognized delicacy for gourmets. In order for the workpiece to be stored without a basement, it should be sterilized. It will take 10 minutes for 500 ml cans, and 25 minutes for 1 liter.

Ingredients

  • Gruzdi - 1 kg
  • Onion - 3 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 25 g
  • Water - 4 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the grapes, rinse and pour cold water for 2 hours.

Put the mushrooms in a colander, rinse and place in a saucepan with fresh water.

Boil for 10 minutes and discard in a colander.

Finely chop the boiled pears and peeled onion.

Fry the onion in oil until transparent.

Add mushrooms, ground pepper, salt and simmer for 10 minutes.

Arrange the caviar in jars, sterilize for 10 minutes and roll up.
