If you don't want to do pizza dough, buy frozen blanks. I advise you to always keep a couple in reserve in the freezer. Defrost them at room temperature for 3-4 hours, you can speed up the process in the microwave.

Defrost the dough at room temperature. Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater.

Put the blank in a form lined with parchment paper.
