Now delicious homemade donuts are prepared infrequently. Modern housewives do not have enough time, and many do not even have a good recipe. I propose to allocate one hour, arm yourself with the necessary products and cook delicious donuts according to this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Flour - 500 g
  • Dry yeast - 7 g
  • Chicken eggs - 1 piece
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - at the tip of the knife
  • Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Milk (warm) – 1 glass
  • Water (warm) – 80 ml
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 300 ml
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix dry yeast, warm water, powdered sugar and set aside for 10 minutes.

Add lightly beaten egg, milk and melted butter. Mix the dough well.

Add salt, sifted flour, vanilla and knead a soft dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into a cake 2-3 centimeters thick, squeeze out doughnuts with a glass.

Place the doughnuts on a floured board and leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, carefully place the donuts and fry until golden brown.

Put the finished donuts on a paper napkin and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
