Among the original preparations of compotes, I would like to separately note this option of pears and grapes. Not the most common and obvious combination, but it's worth every minute of time spent. Try it and you won't regret it.

Ingredients

  • Pear - 400 g
  • Grapes - 300 g
  • Sugar - 350 g
  • Water - 2-3 l
  • Citric acid - 2-3 pinches

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the pear into cubes, sort the grapes and arrange them in clean jars.

Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.

Drain this water, boil it again with sugar, add citric acid and pour it back in.

Roll up the compote for the winter.
