Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Dried apricots - 100 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 4 tbsp.l .
- Sunflower seeds - 4 tbsp.l .
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Sesame - 3 tbsp.l.
- Oat flakes - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop dried apricots in a blender, grate carrots, add honey and mix.
Add the dry ingredients and put the mass on the parchment in a layer up to 1.5 cm.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees and slice.
