In summer, I don't want to turn on the oven once again. Fortunately, you can make a delicious dessert without it. Today, for example, I want to tell you an excellent recipe for chocolate sour cream cookies without baking. You will need a mixer and a mold of the appropriate size.
Ingredients
- Cookies - 400 g
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 120 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Chocolate - 50 g
- Sour cream (bold) – 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 90 g
- Powdered sugar - 150 g
- Starch - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender or crumble with a rolling pin.
Add cocoa, vanilla sugar, grated chocolate and mix.
Select half of the workpiece, add the melted butter and mix.
Put the resulting mass on the bottom of the mold. Do not forget to form the sides.
Beat eggs with powdered sugar until fluffy.
Add sour cream, starch and beat well with a mixer. Cover with cling film and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add soft butter and beat well.
Put a thick layer in the mold on a cookie base.
Sprinkle the remaining crumbs of cookies and chocolate on top. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
