The main thing to read when preparing pp vinaigrette is to bake all the vegetables, not cook them. Then the vegetables will not lose their useful properties, but will be full of useful fiber and vitamins.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the vegetables well, put them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil. Send it to bake for 30 minutes at 180C.

As soon as the vegetables are cooked, peel them off. Cut into a small cube and send it to a saucepan.

Cut the onion into small rings, and the cucumber into strips.

Mix all the vegetables, add the green peas. Add salt and pepper to taste and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir and pour into a salad bowl.
