I think you've already guessed that boiled potatoes and canned tuna will be needed for this snack. I decided to make Mimosa rolls by adding a little salted salmon. In my opinion, red fish is absolutely not superfluous here.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Flour - 100 g
- Milk - 200 ml
- Butter (soft) – 10 g
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with salt and sugar.
Add soft butter, warm milk, sifted flour and beat everything well again.
Pour the dough in small portions into a preheated frying pan and fry until cooked on both sides.
Chop the salmon, peeled potatoes and onions.
Put the tuna in a bowl and mash it well with a fork.
Add potatoes, onion, salt, ground pepper and mix.
Spread the pancake on the board, lay out the pieces of salmon and add the billet with potatoes.
Roll up a tight roll and cut into portions. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the pancakes and filling.
