During a period of limited nutrition, it is important to include a sufficient amount of healthy foods in the diet. A great option would be a lean bean paste with mushrooms. It contains a lot of vegetable protein, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • Beans (dry) – 300 g
  • Mushrooms - 400 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Nutmeg - on the tip of the knife
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
  • Water - 500 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pre-soak the beans for 4 hours in cold water.

Transfer to a saucepan, pour in fresh water and boil for 40 minutes.

Chop the mushrooms and peeled onion.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Add the mushrooms and cook until all the moisture has evaporated. On average, it takes about 10 minutes.

In a deep bowl, mix the boiled beans and roast.

Add salt, spices, garlic passed through the press and puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
