Gut the mackerel, cut off the tail, fins and head.
Cut the fish into large pieces, rinse and put in a saucepan.
Add the peeled onion, spices, water and cook for 15 minutes.
Put the boiled mackerel on a plate, cool, separate the fillets from the bones.
Peel the remaining onion from the husk and slice.
Chop the parsley and carrots.
Fry onions and carrots in oil until soft.
Put the mackerel fillet, roast, parsley, cream and salt in the blender bowl. Grind until smooth.
