Incredibly rich, fragrant and delicious jelly is obtained from a domestic cock. But it is prepared a little differently, not like from an ordinary piece of meat on a bone. Further in the recipe I will tell you in detail about all the subtleties of cooking poultry.

Ingredients

  • Chicken (house cock) – 4-5 kg
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Carrots - 2 pieces
  • Black Pepper - 3-4 peas
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Water - 2.5 l
  • Salt - 1 art.l.
  • Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the rooster into pieces, pour cold water and bring to a boil.

Boil for 3 hours on low heat, removing the foam.

Add onion, carrot, garlic and spices.

Cook for another half hour.

Take out the rooster and disassemble the meat into pieces.

Strain the broth. If desired, add a spoonful of gelatin.

Put pieces of meat, carrots and other decorations to taste into the mold.

Pour the broth and put the jelly in the refrigerator when it cools down.
