Pesto sauce has an ancient history and is rooted in Italian culinary traditions. At the same time, many different variations have now appeared, adapted to popular greens in different parts of the world. For example, here is a dill pesto sauce.

Ingredients

Dill - 1 bundle
Parsley - 1 bundle
Garlic - 2 cloves
Pine nuts - 1 handful
Olive oil - 100 ml
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Parmesan - 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fry the pine nuts in a dry frying pan.

Grate the parmesan and trim the stems of the greens.

Whisk all the pesto ingredients in a blender.
