Creamy sauce for fish

  • Flour - 1 tsp.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Cream - 150 ml
  • Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Dill - 2 twigs

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Heat the cream without bringing it to a boil.

Add the sifted flour and mix so that there are no lumps.

Add spices, chopped dill and garlic, and boil the sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
