Cut the garlic into small cubes, heat a frying pan, pour olive oil and fry the garlic until golden brown.

Pre-peel the shrimps and pour them into a frying pan, fry for 2 minutes on each side and set aside so that they do not become rubbery.

Cut the avocado into a small cube, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix. So it will not darken and will be a pleasant green color.

Put arugula, avocado and shrimp on a plate. Sprinkle soy sauce on top and serve to the table after decorating the salad with lemon slices.
