If you've tried Asian dishes in restaurants, you've probably tried to cook them at home more than once. I offer you a very simple, proven recipe for Thai funchosa salad. All the necessary ingredients can be bought at any large supermarket.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 200 g
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 100 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper (medium) – 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Sesame oil - 30 ml
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse under running water.
Chop the red fish, cucumbers and peeled bell pepper.
Dry sesame seeds in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Mix the funchosa, red fish and vegetables.
Separately mix sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, ground ginger and garlic passed through a press.
Add sesame seeds to the salad, the prepared dressing and mix. Infuse the dish in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
