Cod liver always goes well with rice. It turns out very tasty, but quite banal. In this recipe I will tell you how to diversify a familiar dish. For example, I suggest adding quail eggs and pomegranate seeds to it.
Ingredients
- Cod liver - 250 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Quail eggs - 8 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Green peas (canned) – 150 g
- Garnet - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice and quail eggs until tender. Cool it.
Peel the eggs and chop them coarsely. Finely chop the greens.
Separate the pomegranate seeds, drain the liquid from the peas and mash the cod liver with a fork.
Mix all the ingredients for the salad.
