Ingredients
- Carrots - 400 g
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Sausage - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 100 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and grate the carrots on a special grater
Add salt, sugar, ginger and vinegar. Stir and set aside for 15 minutes.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers and sausage.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour it into the carrots.
Add garlic passed through the press, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and sausage. If necessary, add salt and spices.
Stir, cover tightly and put in a cool place for 2 hours.
