- Squid - 3 carcasses
- Champignons - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 40 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrosted squid carcasses boil in salted water for 2 minutes and put on a plate.
Chop the champignons, onions and fry in butter until tender.
Cut the cooled squid as you like.
Mix squid and fried mushrooms.
Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
