  • Avocado (large) – 1 piece
  • Fig (boiled) – 150 g
  • Greenery (any) – 50 g
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the red fish into thin slices.

Peel the avocado, chop it and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Tear the greens into pieces with your hands.

Mix rice, fish, avocado and herbs.

Season the salad with salt, pepper and oil.
