- Corn - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
- Spinach - 50 g

- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the corn until tender – this is about 15 minutes for young ears. Cool it slightly and cut the grains with a sharp knife.
Cut the cherry in half, and cut the onion and avocado into small cubes. Add the washed spinach.
Mix lime juice, olive oil and spices, pour over the vegetables and gently mix the salad.
