It's no secret that fresh vegetables should be present in the diet every day. They can be served on the table in the form of sliced or delicious salads. If you choose the latter option, try this recipe with red cabbage and Peking cabbage.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Red cabbage - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Carrots - 100 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage, dry it and peel it from the upper leaves.
Cut Peking and red cabbage.
Peel and grate the carrots.
Peel the purple onion from the husk, cut into rings and rinse under running water.
Sprinkle the onion with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar and cover with cling film for 10 minutes.
In a wide salad bowl, mix the red cabbage with butter and salt. Slightly mash the mass with your hands.
Add the Peking cabbage, carrots, onions and mix.
