Ingredients
- Squid (boiled) – 2 carcasses
- Shrimp (cleared) – 150 g
- Mussels (in shells) – 150 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 5 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Bell pepper (dried) – 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Salad mix - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Butter - 20 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the squid into rings and lightly fry in a grill pan on both sides.
In a separate frying pan, melt the butter and fry the shrimp until tender.
Boil the mussels in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Drain the water, add chopped garlic, wine vinegar and mix gently.
Chop prunes, dried peppers, tomatoes and peeled potatoes.
Mix shrimp, squid, mussels, potatoes, tomatoes, salad mix, prunes and dried pepper.
Add salt, ground pepper, olive oil and mix everything gently. Salad is ready!
