Sometimes I want to cook something spicy. A warm salad with fried shrimp, arugula and hot pepper is perfect for this. No hassle - literally 15 minutes and an appetizing dish is already waiting for you!
Ingredients
- Shrimp (cleaned, cooled) – 300 g
- Arugula - half-pack
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Butter - 30 g
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dill (for decoration) – 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Wash the arugula, dill, shake off the water and put it on a paper towel to dry.
Cut the hot red pepper into rings along with the seeds.
Mix arugula with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Put it on a warmed plate, add fried shrimp and chopped hot pepper on top. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
