- Avocado - 2 pcs.
- Arugula - 70 g
- Salad mix - to taste
- Lime - 1 pcs.
- Sesame - 15 g
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Sesame oil - 20 ml
- Cherry tomatoes - optional
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into slices, pour the juice of half a lime.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Prepare the dressing: mix the juice of half a lime with vegetable and sesame oil, add salt, sugar and ground pepper to taste. Whisk lightly.
Wash and dry the arugula and salad mix. Mix all the greens with the dressing, put them in a serving plate. Send the avocado there as well. If desired, cherry tomatoes cut into halves can be added to the salad.
Sprinkle the finished salad with sesame seeds.
